Ten days to a healthier me ( day one)
My mother-in-law is very homeopathic and is always trying new things. Some of the things that she finds are more than i can handle but I've been trying to find a good Detox program that is effective but not over done or expensive. It just so happens that my mother-in-law is doing a detox to. It's called The Master Cleanse. I'm starting tonight and I'm really excited! I'm not a health nut or anything and the fact that I've been pulled to a detox is pretty strange in it's self. In this detox you don't eat anything for ten days! Yeah I know that sounds like a lot and it is, but you drink lemonade with maple syrup (organic, not the kind you put on pancakes) and cayenne pepper extract. The amount of "lemonade" you drink gives you about 1000 calories which in my case is only 300 calories shy of what I should be in-taking. You ca also drink as much herbal tea as you would like it does have to be decaf. there are some more steps to follow and of course things to avoid. I started at 7:30 tonight and will go till 7:30 Wednesday June 1st. Now you can't just go on this fast and then just start eating what ever you want right away. you have to easy back into it. As hard as it sounded the first time I heard it, now it doesn't sound that hard. I'm going to post about this next ten days and I'm going to post honestly and let about the good bad and potentially ugly.

Long Time No Write.
So it's been a really long time since I had a post worth writing about. Now I'm so busy I can barely find time to think. I started going back to school, and I have my application in at ASU for English Lit. and I'm still waiting to hear how that turns out. Live is still really awesome, now it's just a little more "full".
It's been fun being back at school. It's nice to know my brain still works and is in good condition. The Class I'm taking is World Mythology, I thought is would be a little more detailed about each culture but we've been jumping around a lot and it's not as good that way.
I got to throw my first surprise party this month! It was so fun! I've never had the chance to give someone a party like that. I found out that I'm a really bad lier. Which I'm glad to say is a good thing. Other than almost wracking the party by not being able to tell a lie the party came together pretty easily. granted I took everything i needed except the pinata and the table settings from the Birthday girls House (thanks Wilson). My apartment became a black and pink party house. If I can find pictures i'll post them.
Well my friends, that's all I have for tonight. I'll try to write more often.

A day in the life of Stephanie Johnson
Well maybe not a day in my life but you get the picture. I love my life! I live in Arizona so it's always sunny and there is always something to do. I have a wonderful hubby and a beautiful daughter. I'm going to school for Kinesiology (sports therapy) and I think I'm going to burst at the seems if I don't get atarted soon. Other than going to school (which starts in June), I'm a stay at home mom and Mrs. Fix-It. I somethings just feeling like writing and most often have nothing notewrothy to write about but I hope to change that. If people start commenting and giving me feed back I'd like to start blogging about researched topics but till people start wanting to read I'll just me blogging about life in general and things that i find intersting. Maybe i'll start more topic blogs in June when I'm already doing reseach. Anyway hope Everyone is having a great weekend.

My Very First Blog
I'm setting out onto a new frontier. I'm not sure if I'll be any good at blogging or if anyone one but me will ever read my blogs, but it doesn't really matter to me. I would like to hear what people have to say ( just keep it clean), i hope to make some new friends. I want to see as much of this world as i can ( that explains the title), but i also want to explore my creativity. Maybe tomorrow I'll know where to start the journey from.
